Hi, I’m Kelsey Newnham — a 27-year-old sales and marketing professional with a passion for helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data. Whether it’s refining a customer journey, optimizing a campaign, or telling a story with data that actually makes sense, I love connecting the dots between strategy, creativity, and measurable results.
I’m constantly curious and thrive on learning. A big part of my growth so far has come from asking the so-called “stupid questions” — the kind that often lead to smarter solutions and better outcomes. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, but I’m even more excited about what’s next.
I’m looking for new opportunities that push me creatively and strategically — chances to collaborate with great teams, take on challenges, and keep leveling up.

Work Experience
Built out marketing plans and executed on new and existing drinks including but not limited to social media strategy, product pricing, LCBO store programs, sampling, event participation and labeling. Helped ensure labels were compliant with LCBO guidelines and was a project manager for innovation timelines. See LinkedIn for full list of responsibilities.
Managed all marketing activities for the automotive group including Oxford Dodge, Maserati of London & Alfa Romeo of London. Wide range of job duties including but not limited to launching and execution of events, campaign management across all channels, sales insights, vehicle pricing, CRM management and managed a budget of over $1.5 million annually. Job included building holistic marketing strategies for companies of all sizes and reporting on key performance indicators both during and post campaign. Daily tasks include campaign reports, account optimization, presenting proposals and educating sales staff on our digital solutions. See LinkedIn for full list of responsibilities.
Internship during second last semester of digital marketing program. Learned the role of a media strategist and how a digital marketing agency operates. Built out capabilities decks, client reports, assisted on sales calls and took advantage of the learning resources available to employees.
Job tasks included ensuring member satisfaction with the facilities, touring new prospective clients and selling memberships. Other daily activities included signing members into fitness classes, general customer service, cleaning and working the shake bar. This company provided me with many training opportunities that helped me with client facing roles.
